Official Contest Rules and Regulations
These Official Rules govern the MINI Cooper Giveaway (the "Contest") sponsored by Seattle MINI ("Sponsor"). By participating in this Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
1. Contest Period and Winner Announcement
The Contest will culminate on June 19, 2026, following the conclusion of the USA vs. Australia FIFA match. The match is scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
The winner will be announced at Muckleshoot Casino Resort following the conclusion of the match on the same date.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to enter and win this Contest, entrants must satisfy ALL of the following requirements:
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of entry;
- Must possess a valid, current, and unrestricted driver's license issued by a state within the United States or other U.S. jurisdiction;
- Must maintain current automobile liability insurance as required by the laws of the State of Washington and provide satisfactory proof of such insurance;
- Must be physically present at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, 2402 Auburn Way S, Auburn, WA 98002, at the time the winner is announced. Winner must be present to win; no exceptions will be made.
- Must successfully complete a credit approval process as determined by Seattle MINI's designated financing partner(s) for the vehicle lease described herein;
- Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate;
- Must be a legal resident of the State of Washington or a contiguous state.
- Prize is non-transferable.
3. Prize Description and Terms
3.1 Prize Description
The prize consists of a two (2) year lease on a new MINI Cooper vehicle (the "Prize Vehicle") provided by Seattle MINI. The specific make, model, trim level, color, and features of the Prize Vehicle shall be determined at the sole discretion of Seattle MINI based on availability. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize Vehicle lease will vary depending on the specific vehicle selected and prevailing market conditions, but is estimated to be between $15,000 and $20,000 for the two-year lease period.
3.2 Credit Approval Requirement
3.3 Lease Terms and Winner Responsibilities
The winner will enter into a standard automotive lease agreement directly with Seattle MINI or its designated financing partner for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The lease agreement will be subject to all standard terms and conditions imposed by Seattle MINI and/or the financing institution, including but not limited to:
- Annual mileage limitation of ten thousand (10,000) miles per year, for a total allowance of twenty thousand (20,000) miles over the two-year lease term. Any mileage overage beyond this allowance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, who shall pay all excess mileage charges as specified in the lease agreement;
- Vehicle condition requirements and damage assessment. At the conclusion of the two (2) year lease term, any damage to the Prize Vehicle beyond normal wear and tear shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. All damages, excessive wear, and required repairs shall be determined, assessed, and inspected by the Seattle MINI team at the time of vehicle return, in accordance with the lease agreement and industry-standard vehicle return guidelines;
- Mandatory maintenance requirements and schedules;
- Vehicle return conditions at lease termination;
- Early termination penalties, if applicable;
- Purchase option at lease end, if available.
3.4 Winner's Financial Obligations
The winner shall be solely responsible for ALL costs and expenses associated with the Prize Vehicle that are not explicitly covered by Sponsor, including but not limited to:
- All federal, state, and local taxes, including but not limited to income taxes on the value of the Prize;
- Vehicle registration, licensing, and title fees;
- Automobile insurance premiums (comprehensive and collision coverage required by lease);
- Fuel, oil, and all operating costs;
- Routine maintenance, repairs, and service not covered by manufacturer warranty;
- Parking, tolls, and traffic violations;
- Any security deposit required by the lease agreement;
- Any and all other expenses not explicitly stated as included in the Prize.
3.5 Tax Reporting
The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the approximate retail value of the Prize and is solely responsible for reporting the Prize as income and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a completed W-9 form or other tax documentation prior to prize fulfillment.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1 Selection Process
The winner will be selected through a process determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The method of winner determination (random drawing, qualifier event, or other mechanism) shall be announced at Muckleshoot Casino Resort prior to or during the Contest period. The winner will be announced publicly at Muckleshoot Casino Resort following the conclusion of the USA vs. Australia FIFA match on June 19, 2026.
4.2 Must Be Present to Win
4.3 Verification of Eligibility
The potential winner must present valid government-issued photo identification, proof of valid driver's license, and proof of current automobile insurance at the time of announcement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
4.4 Prize Claim Deadline
The winner must claim the Prize and execute all required documentation, including but not limited to the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and lease agreement, within thirty (30) calendar days of the announcement date. Failure to timely execute all required documents or to satisfy credit approval requirements will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. General Conditions
5.1 No Substitution or Transfer
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the Prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Prize is awarded "as-is" with no warranties, express or implied.
5.2 Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who: (a) tampers with the entry process; (b) violates these Official Rules; (c) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (d) provides fraudulent information; or (e) engages in conduct that is harmful to the operation of the Contest or the reputation of Contest Entities.
5.3 Release of Liability
By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Contest Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) participation in this Contest; (b) acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize; (c) operation or use of the Prize Vehicle; (d) any accidents, injuries, deaths, losses, or damages of any kind arising from use of the Prize Vehicle; and (e) any tax liability associated with the Prize.
5.4 Publicity Rights
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes winner's permission for Contest Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or approval.
5.5 Limitation of Liability
Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond their control, including acts of God, strikes, or severe weather; or (d) any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any Contest-related materials.
5.6 Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Contest shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in King County, Washington, and entrants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
5.7 Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5.8 Modification and Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In the event of termination, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.
6. Insurance Requirements
The winner must maintain automobile liability insurance meeting or exceeding the minimum coverage requirements mandated by Washington State law throughout the entire lease period. As of the date of these Official Rules, Washington State requires minimum liability coverage of $25,000 per person for bodily injury, $50,000 per incident for bodily injury, and $10,000 for property damage. The lease agreement will require comprehensive and collision coverage with maximum deductibles as specified by the lessor.
The winner must provide satisfactory proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Prize Vehicle and maintain continuous coverage throughout the lease term. Failure to maintain required insurance coverage may result in lease default and repossession of the vehicle.

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the Contest end date.
9. Additional Washington State Disclosures
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and/or the method of winner selection as determined by Sponsor.
